Candied Yam Casserole 2 40 oz cans yams in light syrup, drained 1/3 C light brown sugar 5 T butter, cut in pieces 1/4 C water 2 1/2 C miniature marshmallows Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a 13-in.x9-in. baking dish. Spread yams in the dish. Sprinkle with sugar, dot with butter and drizzle with water. Bake, stirring occasionally, until syruppy and bubbling, about 45 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread marshmallows on top of yams. Broil intil marshmallows are lightly browned 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately.
