Coffee

I always have 2 pots going. Some people are very serious about their coffee (like me)
and only like it strong or some people like it "normal". I always make 1 pot a bit 
stronger than the other. Also, find out if caffeine is a problem for any of your guests.
You may need a pot of decaf.
